- The practice boundaries cover approximately 2 miles from the Health Centre.
- If you wish to register with practice you must live within these boundaries.
- A detailed map is available at the surgery.

Registering with the surgery
Please visit NHS: Register with a GP to complete the online forms. You do not need to print these. Once you have completed the forms they will come directly to the surgery. Once you are registered with the practice you will receive a text message notifying you of this.
